REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy for eligible merchandise. If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Simply contact our customer service team via email or via the “Contact Us” button on our website within 30 days of receiving your order and we can assist with your product return. Please provide your name, order number and return reason, and our team will provide our return address.
Day One Performance reserves the right to deny a refund under the following conditions:
All items must be unopened with all packaging in their original condition.
All items must be returned to us within 30 days of when your return query was raised.
We can not accept returns for any products purchased through any third parties and is only applicable to orders made on www.day1performance.com.au
Orders placed outside of Australia are not eligible for a refund.
Proof of purchase or a receipt is needed to request a refund.
Refunds are not eligible on sale items or gift cards.
DIDN’T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
In the unlikely event your order did not arrive please contact our customer service team with your name and order number for further investigation.
All refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 business days of being received back to our warehouse. Our Customer Service team will notify you when your goods have been received and update you throughout the return process.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
